Using pilates principles, IHP is a low impact, high intensity workout available to every-body. It creates quick, visible results
& its a ton of fun!
Performed on a yoga mat in a heated room, it is an intense - yet approachable, (variations for every level!) - full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. IHP sculpts your body, increases metabolism, burns fat, balances hormones and increases fitness at all levels. It creates a stronger core, health in the pelvic floor, & improves circulation. With zero impact, you will protect your joints & pounding of other exercises like running or jumping. You will find stability in your yoga practice and everything else you do.
ALL MOVES have variations allowing the class to be appropriate for all levels; beginners, the student healing an injury, the student looking to get stronger than they are already. Simply do your best, every day, even after one class you will see and feel the results you are looking for!
This class is performed in a warm room with ventilation, set to FUN UPBEAT music, a light show, [in other words the best party you could imagine !] and 60 minutes in length.
