Trade the end of Winter for warm sand, sunset practice, and the easy rhythm of Costa Rica's Pacific coast & join us for five nights in Nosara, one of the world's most beloved yoga and surf towns. Our days start with barefoot beach walks and daily yoga, unfold slowly with time to surf, swim, or rest, and end with the whole group gathered for sunset and curated dinner or a night out to one of our curated dinner spots. It's a small group, a beautiful home base, and everything taken care of, so all you have to do is arrive.
THE FOOD
In collaboration with our favorite Nosara farms, local chefs and a few nights out to our favorite restaurants, we are more than excited to source everything we need, as fresh as possible for you on this incredible reset adventure, where our goal is to bring you ALIVE with every element! Arriving a few days early to gather everything, feel relaxed in knowing that the curated dinners - either by us, local chefs who will come to us, or the secret restaurants we will take you to, you will find plant forward, fresh mouthwatering options to dine on. Liz, our leader, is excited to sit and discuss strategies around your overall health and wellbeing and make sure there is something for everybody. The goal is that this trip will be a place where you as amazing as possible and head home with a few tools to keep that feeling going. Light breakfast & dinners are included along with a kitchen of daily snacks. We have wonderful recommendations for lunch within walking distance.

Casa Plantara, our paradise home for the week, is designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living—where luxury, comfort, jungle, and the perfect location close to downtown and the beaches all come together. Spend your afternoons cooling off after surf or yoga sessions, rinsing off in the outdoor shower, relaxing on the massive nap lounger in the shade, or gathering for meals on the covered patio with a coffee table that converts into a full outdoor dining table. Clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed for comfort our home offers King, Queen, and share rooms suitable for single travelers as well as groups of friends that would like to share a space. THE AREA
Vieques is a unique gem of an island located just off the east coast (the caribean side!)of Puerto Rico. It is best known as the location of the Bioluminescent Mosquito Bay, where you can see a mystical blue glow on the shores at night, wild horses galloping on the beach and through the streets as well as experience the unspoiled mangroves of Vieques National Wildlife Refuge. This island offers the true spirit of relaxation and ability to snorkel, paddleboard and enjoy the shores at secluded beaches like La Chiva. The town of Vieques offers historic landmarks that give you a glimpse into the island's history dating back to the Spanish era.
On every adventures, we recommend you arrive with an open mind and listen to what your body needs once you are with us and able to realx. Enjoy a ton to do – and lots of time to do nothing too! When your body says sleep – please do. When it says take two classes and a long walk (or more we invite you to) While in Nosara, we are blessed to have on site an incredible compound with poolside access for movement – as well as a variety of wonderful studios we can visit around town to keep you moving and feeling balanced during your entire stay. Participation in classes and activities is optional throughout the retreat. All levels welcome and will be hand tailored to the level of energy as we move through our stay!
