Still in the afterglow...this retreat was about so much more than yoga. I felt nourished physically, spiritually and emotionally. Liz does such an incredibly thoughtful and creative job of organizing. The food, the company, the setting, the activities...all perfection. I can't wait to go back!

THE FOOD
Leaving nothing to chance, we collaborate with our favorite Maui farms, excited to source everything we need, as fresh as possible for you on this adventure! Feel relaxed in knowing all meals are handmade, fresh, plant based & curated on site by our nationally recognized plant based chef & founder of True North Juice co., Liz is right on site! Outside meal times fresh fruit and snacks will be available, there are also several side kitchens where guests may keep/stock their own treats for midnight snacking too! Great restaurants are also plentiful on Maui and we will have a local guide to take the guesswork out of your stay should you want to adventure out and explore!

The Wailea Inn, our most amazing home base during this stay, is a newly remodeled multi-level 9,000 square foot gated luxury private estate, less than 20 steps to South Maui’s world-class beaches, shopping, cafes and more. Enjoy beautifully appointed air conditioned rooms with crisp white sheets, overstuffed duvets, stunning common spaces and organic toiletries. Relax by the heated pool, unwind in the Jacuzzi and get ready for a dynamic schedule of fitness classes in the fully equipped (heated) indoor yoga space and the outdoor gazebo.. THE AREA
Tucked away on a residential, beachfront side street, behind a gated facade the Wailea Inn offers privacy and convenience. Guests of all ages will never be bored with the unlimited activities & shopping just steps away from the property. Guests can walk to The Cove beach across the street and go surfing or stand up paddle boarding. Just outside our gated property guests will find Charley Young Beach, a long stretch of white sand great for swimming, sunbathing, beach walks and boogie boarding. To the right guests will find one of the best ‘learn to surf breaks’ on Maui! Snorkeling, whale watching, shopping, and dining at nearby restaurants and bars are some of the many activities within walking distance from the Wailea Inn. Kalama Park is a popular destination with its large playground, skate park, outdoor roller skating rink, tennis courts, basketball courts and running paths. Surf Schools, bicycle and scooter rentals, spa treatments, coffee shops night life and a farmer’s market are just around the corner!
Enjoy a ton to do – and lots of time to do nothing too! While in Maui, we are blessed to have on site a fully equipped (heated) yoga studio – as well as a lovely outdoor gazebo and beach front for spaces to work with, a team of super fun fitness professionals that will join us on location and a variety of classes to ground you down, keep you moving and feeling balanced during your entire stay.
